Default Pulstar be-1 pulse plug

I replaced my spark plus with PULSTAR BE-1 PULSE PLUGs since October 2010. There was no problems. Any members try those?

My question is there any difference in real performance? The OE plugs are truely a advancement in plugs as they seem to never wear out...

That's interesting to hear. My college roommate had a Z06 Vette that we put those into and the vehicle seemed to like them.

I have toyed with trying these plugs over my Torquemasters (which incidentally only really came to life in Mexico once I started modifying intake and exhaust). Also, with that design, I don't have to worry about gaps as much. My cousin Carlos uses these still on his Golf VR6 and also noticed a bump in power, plus got an excellent score on his Mexico City emissions test.

Seems the better air flow and exhaust, the better those things work

I am planning shortly to do some intake work (putting in a new bullhorn) to work properly at sea level and may consider a plug change after I do a gas analysis at a friend's shop if I feel it is warranted.

Originally, the only thing I am usually worried about with new plugs are misfires and compatibility to the existing ignition system, but I really have not seen issues with either plug in vehicles like ours.

Since I modified and upgrade the intake, dual exhausts and replaced oem resonator with installed Pulstar spark plugs gained more powers.

My only thinking with these plugs, and originally I thought the same of my Torquemasters, was that when the ignition coils get older, they may not have the same tolerance as they do with OEM plugs. I only had one coil go in the life of my vehicle (and that was my own fault using too much carb cleaner). However, all but one of my coils is still from the factory, and not an issue with the torquemasters either.

Again, for what I have read about primarily Toyota and to a lesser extent Lexus vehicles with these plugs, I really have not seen an issue with them.

I saw that Amazon was selling them for a decent price.

I agree with you Ron. My all coils are also OEM and never replaced.
