Found this picture while surfing through RX300 photos....

 

Now thats what im talking about!!!! i cant imagine the time and money invested in doing that... but it looks pretty sick.... i think ill stick to the single din aftermarket kit..and just try to find myself a nice single din 7" flipout with nav and bluetooth.... but this still has my attention...

 

That does look like a big job....I have seen another install (no pic) where the A/C controls were relocated under the the center pop-up cup holder, and a full din screen was installed below the OEM info display.
