You can get a Carplay Dongle to work with it. Looks interesting even though the install looks somewhat difficult.

I have been eyeing this since I first found info on it but I am concerned about the install process and overall sync with existing vehicle functions and overall system stability being that it's made by a Chinese manufacturer.

They quoted me ~$600 (discounted based on payment method) shipped to the US including Carplay feature (probably Dongle with Carplay APK installed). Right now I am going to see if CAROS will work for me long term. The other option might be to setup a $100 Android tablet with a Carplay dongle.
