Finally pick up the 2001 RX two weeks ago, and get it back from the bodyshop tody,

Add double din and re-located the ac controls.

Thats one nice looking car. Where did you get the ice mod kit and does your info screen still show everthing as it should with the mod.

Thanks Safetyman, it is custom made kit for the ac contrpl, it still showing the actual map and the AC status but the OEM nav is unable to use.

 

Wow. One of the sharpest RXs I've seen. I'd like to install a double DIN stereo in mine without adding another GPS. Was it hard to make the custom ac control panel? Did you have to do away with your functioning stock GPS and clock or did you have the option to keep them? Please provide any tips. Awesome RX!
BTW, I have the same VIS front bumper and have fog lights in them. Fog lights purchased from Pep boys and brackets I put together from items purchased from Lowe's. Let me know if you'd like pics to further explain.

 

do you get any rub with the 245 tires??

I have stock 16inch size and have a set of beautiful 265s id love to throw on my car...how can i make this happen?
