I was wondering would any lexus model power lock motor fit in a 2001 RX300.

BW- I know from past discussion that there are some of the Lexus locks from different models (sedans) that are different. I'm not sure if there are any other models that do fit, but I am a little doubtful. Unless money is no problem at all for you, I think Mikey's suggestion is a good one. There are several ways to put a piggy-back aftermarket lock assy. on the RX. At about $5. instead of at least $250. or more, it's a pretty attractive alternative I believe.

yea that is what my dad is hoping for. is there away i can get a link on the part and how to do that. Thx

You are so right Mikey- Thanks for posting that reminder. The links for sources no longer work, but that's the easy part. He can see what the actuators look like, and there are probably no more than 472,321 sources on e-bay and online that he can purchase 'em from.
