Default DIY: Engine removal and install????

As you may notice from my previous post (01 RX300 died driving) I am in need of a new engine. I want to pull it myself! Is there anything out there already to help me out??? Otherwise just have to figure it out as I go. Any help would be appreciated.

Go buy a Haynes manual at the Toyota dealership. It will get you through the rough spots. The manual covers the RX300 and Highlander. The RX is a lot more difficult as the windshield wiper motor extends over the engine. They recommend dropping it from the bottom of the car. It could be removed from above, but is a real challenge. We did remove the highlander engine from above, but it has more clearance by the firewall side of the engine.
