It squeaks everytime I turn. Any trouble shooting is appreciated, thanks.

 

Most likely the clockspring needs to be oiled a bit. Remove the wheel, and drip no more than 2-3 drops of oil (NOT grease) around the plastic where there is friction. Should do the trick.

Over time, dust gets in there which causes friction (in the form of sound energy) which is what you hear.

 

I was told by tech to use wd40 at the base of the steering column by the floor.
