Lubricant for antenna/sunroof

What is the best lube for our power antenna`s?,I have heard from no lube at all,(due to dirt collecting)to WD-40 or silicone.And what is a good lube for the power sun roof?

I usually use WD-40 to clean the Antenna and Sunroof. Then I use Silicone Lubricant spray to lube up the antenna and sunroof. So far so good.

If you dig there is a + review for chain lube for the antenna.
