Default 00 Codes PO171, 172

I purchased a scanner and more codes as well came up.
My poor Lexi is idling roughly, sputters then takes off like a bat out of hell and wont really shift past second gear.
At 60 im running around 4000 rpm..

So many problems at once I feel overwhelmed

I have just hit 90,000 and I bought it at 62,000

Can anyone help or just give me some pointers

Thanks

Could be MAF sensor being faulty or usually needing cleaning (would be interesting to know if you pulled up P0171 pending errors (PD errors) as well.

With the P0172 adjoined, you have both a lean and a rich condition, you could have any of the following issues as well:

1. Exhaust leak, could be at the joint underneath the engine, though sometimes right off of the manifolds. You can run your hand just above the piping with the engine on to see.
2. Fuel delivery issue, usually means the injectors need some fuel injector cleaner (I recommend the Redline Fuel System Cleaner) as can also help with cleaning out the fuel pump. Sometimes the injector is bad itself and can spurt intermittently (hence causing said lean/rich condition)
3. Frayed lines, check the lines in the engine bay, particularly those around the airbox and also the PCV valve.
4. IACV, sometimes, it can get a lot of gunk it in it and it needs to be cleaned (usually doesn't need to be replaced).
5. Also see the ECT sensors, https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=303908

A/F sensors can be on a rare occasion, but doubtful.
