Default engine codes

so i took my car gs4 to the dealership and they did a diagnosic on it, they said the codes where p0300,p0301,p0303,p0305,p0307,p0446,p1346,p1349, they said its just a bunch of random misfires probably caused by the timing needing to adjust(i dought thats wat it is) or my vvti sensor needing to change. Does anyone have any suggestions.

I had the same issue, with the same cylinders... all drivers side. Turned out to be a problem with my fuel line, but I was running a return fuel system for the supercharger.

yes, but it could be the fuel damper or something with fuel on that side as well. I would think timing might affect both sides of the motor not just the drivers side.
