P0171 Code

P0171 Code
Check engine light is always on. I scanned and got a P0171 code. cross referenceing this code give me the following defination: Fuel Trim Bank one condition. the code reader then goes on to say probable causes are :
a. if bank one and two codes set together suspect fuel pressure or MAF sensor.
b. oxygen sensor defective
c. ingition misfire-repair
d. fuel injector problem
any idea on where to start? I have notice alot of "ping" when the engine is under alot of load (i.e. going up long hills)

Clean the MAF, put a bottle of Gumout STP Regane Complete Fuel Injector Cleaner into a full tank of fuel to clean fuel injectors and exhaust valve deposits.
