VSC Check Engine on
Have 2002 RX 300 approx 77,000 miles.
Mechanic hooked to machine and reads:
*ABS/VSC/TRAC
DTC: Description C1223 Malfunc in ABS control system,
C1246 Malfunction in Master cylinder pressure sensor
* Engine and ECt
PO440,PO446 Evaporative Emission control system malfunction.
Deciding how to proceed without tons of repair money.
Car runs perfect however concerned however check engine and VTC shows up .
Diagnosis was done with Auto Boss Diagnostic

The evaporative part sounds like it could be something simple (not sure about the other stuff)... Lexus cars will pop on the CEL when the gas cap is not tightened and air gets into the system. Did you just get gas before the CEL came on?
