C-Best headlight turnoff delay

I'd like to change the length of the headlight turnoff delay through the C-Best setting. Is there a way that I can do it myself, or do I must take it to the dealer? Thanks.

From all I've read over the years here, only a Lexus dealer can change the C-Best settings.

I also don't remember a way to do this manually. I'd love to get my hands on some Lexus dealer equipment.
