Default HELP: Headlight washer

I decided to bring my car to get a quick touchless car wash at the local Sunoco gas station and when i got home i noticed the headlight washer on the passenger side was loose. I don't know how it came loose but i can't seem to get it back on? Can someone please tell me how to remedy this?

Hello
just a good warning of advice from a fellow canadian. YOU BETTER GLUE IT ON TIGHTLY NOW!!. because mine was loose one time and then I did a car wash and the next day i noticed it fell off and I never found it again. and the car looks really stupid without 1, and also i couldn't find a used one to buy anywhere, so I bought a new one from the dealer for 75 dollars canadian, about 60US.
THAT WAS FUN.

SO WATCH OUT!!!

so how did you put the new one on? Mine is still connected via rubber hose so im not too worried about it coming off totally (won't be going to any quick washes anytime soon), but what i wanna know is how you lock it back in place? i don't think it broke off or anything so i just need some kinda step by step advice on how you would put it back in place properly.

Hi
There is no way to fasten them back on. Trust me. They will stay loose because its not the actualy washer thats bad, its the inside base that holds its thats not holding it any more.
you have to glue it.
because what I think happens is that the inside round tube is made of really weak plastic and it gets worn out after years and years of abuse from Car washes and snow and rain and dirt.

So basically your only choice is to wash your car at home and never go to a carwash again or blue it around its base. with like any glue.

just my advice.
