Mini bullhorns on the black bull (lower air intake modification)
Another shot. The area to the right of the tube where light is coming through is where air normally enters stock RX300s on its way to the air box and of course eventually the engine.
A close peak of the 45 degree angle, which is an improvement over the 90 degree angle that was here on the last version of this piece.
That bracket you see on the left is what normally holds the OEM air intake resonator.

This is looking through the front bumper hold and notice how the two mini-bullhorns aren't flush on the rear of the bumper hole but put further back. You want to allow some spacing so as not to build up pressure on the front. I did this when I had the big bullhorn and I also added three little holes on the back of the 90 degree turn going upward. If you go page 6 of my car domain page you may remember that I called these pressure holes, though in this case I have sufficient space as to not need this, but I still allow for air to get by somewhat.
Final shot and you can better notice how these mini-bullhorns capture more of the air than the last modification which was just two 3 inch diameter pipes, but here it goes from a combined 6 inch diameter to an 8 inch diameter with the two.
On my tests on the highway here from a dead start you can definitely feel on the low end the air at your feet. It does not feel like a sponge where the air slowly gathers momentum, the air rams right in there.
I still need to test this on the track and hopefully the rainy weather right now clears.
