Default intake suggestions

if anyone already has an intake installed.....theyll know what i mean.

i took the air box out... took the tube out and replaced it with injen. its what i had on my rsx and i loved it then. anyhow... rather than taking everything out... i left the front part in. the part that initialy supplied air to the original intake. so now... i assume... more air will flow to the intake than if i took it off. right????

But hot air is still in the cabin. From what Ive heard about our motors, is that it puts out a lot of heat. So you would need to find a way to dissipate the hot air IMO. Im going to find a way once I get my K&N. Although I do like the Injen!

your intake will primarily take in the air from the engine bay. I don't think leaving the stock snorkel in will do much if anything.
