A. If it is blinking than for any particular 200 revolutions for the engine, misfiring is detected which can cause catalyst overheating.
B. If not blinking, for any particular 1,000 revolutions of the engine, misfiring is detected which causes a deterioration in emission.
Okay:
1. Check wire harness, connector and vacuum hose in engine room.
2. Check spark plug and spark of misfiring cylinders (whole Front Bank).
3. Check voltage (from ECM harness terminals with ignition on, should be ~12-14 V) and resistance of front injectors. I think it should be ~15 Ohms?
4. Check MAF and Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
5. Take the car to a local machine shop and have them check the Fuel Pressure and Valve Timing.
I have had a misfire on my RX and it turned out to be an ignition coil. Reset the cels and then start up the RX again and she what codes pop up, chances are it will be just a single coil doing the damage and less cels, though I don't discount what meetya just mentioned in addition.
In my case it was a single coil on the front, though initially I got similar codes showing multiple misfires.

Assuming you have a misfire in on of your coils, as meetya mentioned, the errors that show up could be (if dead or coil gone bad truly exists) on the front bank, which you see in the picture below and you need to remove the engine cover to get at them.
These front coils related, going from left to right, to cylinders 2, 4 and 6., and the rear ignition coils behind the intake manifold are 1, 3 and 5.
As I recommended reset your cels first, either pull the efi fuse or battery cables (and don't forget to put the efi fuse and cables back on before starting up). Restart the vehicle and see if any other codes show up.
