type x-speakers?
are type x-speakers pretty good?
are these good speakers? They're type-x alpine. There's two that fit the rx300 (6.5 inches). what's the difference?
one is a "6-1/2" Mid Bass Kit"
the other is a "6-1/2" 2-Way Component"
what's the difference between 2 and 3 way component speakers?
is 75w RMS good for door speakers?

sorry for continually posting on my own wall, even without prior response, but i have many questions before i purchase my speakers this weekend. i want to assure i'm getting what i want. what's DSP? can DSP be implemented into my 99 rx300? what's analog-to-digital converters? sounds good, but could that be implemented into my car (does it have a purpose in my car)?

could you send me the crutchfield link on audio/video technology or x-type speakers? everytime i go there looking for it i don't find it and im distracted by some other product and then i start finding more things i want to buy!

Lol seriously! JG you're questions are welcome here and I love giving advice or lend a helping hand. But you have tons of questions that you could easily find out on your own. You can only learn so much from other people. Google is great.
today i was looking at a pair of 2 way focal components for $799 (2 door speakers, 2 tweeters) and a pair of 2 way focal components for $499 (same amount of speakers as the other pair). the guy at the place acted like there was an unbelievable difference, however, i mustn't have the right ear or something, because i didnt hear that big of a difference!
