Default Which Spark Plugs should I use?

I've done searches here and most discussions are centered around how to change those 3 that are buried, not much about which plug.

Given the fact that it is not an easy job, I want one that will last. I'm leaning towards the Bosch Iridium. I prefer the design of the Bosch Iridium with 4 electrodes over the single electrode Denso Iridium.

Any thought or suggestions appreciated.

I use TorqueMasters, www.extremespark.com, but I don't recommend them for vehicles that are stock as they never worked for me when my RX was nothing but factory specs. However, they do work very well for me now.

In addition, the gas up here is still a little abhorrent (even in Premium) so another reason I used the Torquemasters.

However, Denso or NGK should do just fine.
