Default RX 300 computer codes

Engine light came on. Went to Autozone to have it scanned.
P1130
P0125
P1135
P1133
Do I replace the ox sensor in front of the cat first to see what happens? If so where is the best place to buy?
I did some searching and read lots but can't figure out what to do.
It also will not idle some of the time and cut off if you let off the gas at a stop sign.
Thanks for any advice.

Welcome to Club Lexus.

Well, all of these codes have a definite relationship (in terms of the troubles area) with O2 sensors as I looked them up in the manual just to make sure and we've covered them as you no doubt have searched.

Usually, the one behind the engine as opposed to the one in front and the one after the main cat, usually gets triggered first.

The O2 sensors could also be causing your idle problem as they are not sending the right signals to ECM and that can cause lean/rich problems.

I would probably check the MAF sensor after the airbox to make sure that is clean first.

Have you tried resetting the check engine light and it still comes back, with our trick pulling of the yellow 20 amp EFI fuse in the fusebox in the engine bay (with the key out of the ignition?

The only other trouble areas are the harnesses (connectors for the O2 sensors) or the ECM.

If this code repeatedly comes back, I would replace the O2 sensor behind the engine block first.

Is this the part?

or

I cleaned the MAF and still get the CEL. I removed the neg cable to reset.

We have had a few debates about the Bosch sensors and I would stick to the OEM Densos. I would only change one to begin with.

The trick that my uncle and I do is the to chage one out behind the engine (if the car has two O2 sensors in front of the main cat like our RX300s) check the CELs and then put the new O2 sensos on the other bank. Most of the time it is one or both of the sensors in front of the cat.

In the manual, there is a slight cahnge it can be the O2 sensor after the main cat, but again my experience tells me that is not it, since you are having idle problems and those two O2 sensors before the precats work with the ECM and the intake in terms of air/fuel ratios and resulting the idle, not the one after the main cat.

Kind of in strange in my case as I am without precats, which is a good sign for headers, and have never gotten one of the CELS you mention though sometimes the very common P0171.
