low washer fluid warning light still on...
I had the problem for about a year! The techs at Lexus told me it was a sensor that was bad. They said it would be about $120 to fix, so they advised me to save my money and live with it as long as the washer still worked. After about a full year, the light just went off. It works perfectly now...when my fluid is low, it comes on. Maybe it's just a quirky Lexus thing??? Hope this helps.
It happened to me to and I had to take the unit apart and noticed that the sensor was dirty and I never had the problem again. Incidentally, the window wash fluid unit sits right above where the tranny cooler is and that tranny cooler can get hot.
