Help. Problem with braking and acceleration
Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this.
I just purchased a 2002 rx300. It runs well but when I brake to stand still position the brake pedal makes a sound and kicks back .
When I accelerate from stand still , traction light blinks about 3 times and prevents me from accelerating for about 3-4 seconds.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Welcome to Club Lexus.
Since the vehicle is new to you, you may like to flush out the old brake fluid.
ABS can be disabled [not recommended, but might help in diagnosis]. All this has been discussed and Search is an excellent tool. Use the advanced search option and limit the search to First gen RX.
