Forced by back issues, I just bought a replacement for my RCF today. Gonna miss the V8 soundtrack. Will now need to find a new home for my RCF. Enjoyed the RCF group here but will be moving over to Rennlist.
I had a 991.2 C2S before the RCF so this will be a Porsche/Rennlist homecoming of sorts.
The Macan is more back friendly for ingress/egress and the GTS will scratch the performance itch.
My 2019 RCF only has 12,xxx miles but it's time for it to go. I really don't drive all that much but being an enthusiast, I get great pleasure from trying different cars so no matter how good a car is, it is never a "keeper" for me. I am very fortunate to be able to experiment like this.
A question for the moderators. I am aware of the requirement for having someone vouch for you prior to placing a car for sale in this forum. I don't have anyone to vouch for me since I have don't have any prior transactions here. Is it ok to place a link in this forum to an outside source (i.e. Autotrader) when I list my RCF for sale?
Funny. Macan caught my eye when walking along the marina during the time I was looking for something new. Spoke to the owner who happened to be walking his dog also. He had nothing but praise for it. Ultimately decided that the household didn't need two suvs. Also, two neighbors have carrerra's and a couple others have cayennes or paneras.....gotta beat the neighbors, right? So I hold my head high with the RCF and Lincoln Nautilus.
I picked up my new to me 22 Macan GTS and had a great 11 hour drive home. This vehicle is going to fit my needs perfectly. Also, CarMax offered me $55k for my RCF provided I remove the Invidia and replace with OEM. I have it listed locally for $56K firm.
