I came across the icode upgraded throttle body online. I tried to do some research on it to come-out empty handed. I know that many may agree that gains are minimal to none, and i think that RR racing have run tests on bored out throttle bodies and the result was no gain to minimal. Regardless of that i decided to bite the bullet and take one for the team and ordered the icode throttle body for my fuji, on paper it sounds good, but not sure if it will have any performance affects. Incase there are no gains at least will have another mod on my build chart hahah.
notes from icode: ・Butterfly is fixed with cantilever rivets as opposed to the genuine double-supported shaft to reduce the cross-sectional area of the shaft and increase efficiency (105% higher than the genuine caliber area).
Oh sweet, did you notice any difference with the throttle body and did you try to dyno the car
I haven't dyno'ed my car ever. I installed the Icode TB, the Suruga Speed intake tube and the Blitz CF intake altogether and noticed some improvement in throttle response along with increased intake noise.
Is there is a difference between the icode version and the one in the screenshot? Are you all sending your TB's to japan to get modified? I just see modification service, so was just wondering. Thanks

They are the same. Think Design/Lems/Icode, at least this throttle body. I bought an extra TB and sent that over to my friend in Japan and he took care it for me. Got it back in less than 3 weeks.
For me I didn't want to ship back and fourth as shipping was going to almost cost as much, icode sourced the TB for me and conversion, took almost 2 weeks give or take they were super quick.
How much did that cost you if you don’t mind me asking?

@JT2MA71 Very curious would sending a TB out to MaxBore for porting be the same as the Lems TB? Also how do you like the suruga speed intake, find the design interesting. Its a shame Blitz intake does not fit the GSF, cause I'd imagine it sounds great
