So I don't have this button but I see it on an RC-F from time to time, in this case a 2016 and my mind says "it must have a rear wiper blade" and it doesn't in the pictures.
What is this:

 

rain sensing wipers iirc. wipers auto turn on if rain is detected. don't like it. trying to clean my windshield with a spray bottle while warming up the car and it almost takes my fingers off. disabled.

 

So wait, what's the auto button on my stalk then?
I thought that was the rain sensing setting:

yup all weather package. You can see the same lines as on the rear glass running through the bottom of your windshield where your wiper blades rest.

 

nice, i stand corrected. thanks. mine doesn't see rain or ice/snow so it's all off. lol.

 

You are one of the lucky ones (non Navigation CT200h's are the other) that has a logically
placed, easy to use Windshield Wiper Deicer button.
Reach into your snow covered car to grab the scraper and touch that button.
All other Lexi have buried this function in the Climate control screen which requires you to:
Start the car (again after the Remote Start shuts off with the door opening )
Reach across with your gloves on to use the Remote Control or Control Pad...
Select and press "Climate", use the controls to find the tiny Auxiliary screen button "..."
Find and select the same Electric windshield icon pictured above.
