Had the same thing happen to me. TPMS in rear wheel was bouncing around at slow speeds. Not sure what part came apart but Americas Tire took care of it.

It sure as hell makes a loud sound bouncing around. I was thinking bent brake shield or bad bushing banging. Nope, that damn thing lol. Glad I found the source and had my front pads and rotors changed.
