Borla vs Resonator/Muffler Delete

Which one? Invidia? It is available in two versions. Stainless steel and Titanium burnt blue tips. The SS is about $200 cheaper. The Ti tips look amazing in real life and go well with the F blue, but that is my opinion.

wow they both sound really amazing, i think the resonator delete sounds a little raspy near redline though. i would probably choose the Invidia for myself.

Yes - the Invidia sounds almost as loud as the Borla in the one video. But Youtube is a terrible way to judge exhausts. Rolla, you may have heard it live and have a better sense.

My F is blue.....it just seems to be a bit much in my head but maybe I need to look at it again.

You can get the SS version and save $200. I have not heard Invidia in real life. Just lots of videos with headphones on and listening different exhausts back to back. I have heard it is not as loud as Borla, but is more melodic and smooth than the Borla. Plus, the looks are killer that go with the OEM oval tips and the titanium tips go very well with the RCF.

You can check with Josh@Meraki for detailed comparison as I think he has heard both in real life.

Ah, I see. If I got an exhaust, it wouldn't be for performance gains, just looking for sound. Something not too loud, I love the way the borla sounds, but it might be too loud for my personal use. Was wondering if the tanabe is a bit more tame

There are videos of it on youtube. Axle back tend to be on the mild side. We have a lot of sound deadening and you might not hear a significant difference in the cabin.

Keep in mind, that video OP shot was probably with a GOPRO in a case, based on the picture profile. This video I shot of stock vs Borla was recorded on a A7RII & Rode Mic. YouTube videos will never give an accurate sound to how loud these exhausts are.

Any drone with muffler and resonator delete? I got my resonators removed and no drone at all but still a lil too quiet surprisingly. Will muffler delete do the trick?

or what about resonator and secondary cat delete?

None. Resonator delete on an otherwise stock exhaust did not cause any drone whatsoever for me.
