Cool My Expert Protective Detail Experience

Some of you may have read that I had my 2017 RCF at a local Detail Shop here in Northern Virginia. They did a full Suntek Ultra PPF and CQuartz Finest Reserve Ceramic Coating over that - wheels also. This stuff is so controlled it can only be sold to Licensed Detailers, and came with a book with it's License Number in it too. When they presented the car to me it looked so much different than before - a much "deeper" Blue in a way. The Professional Pics really bring it out even more. They also used new Blackfire Leather Conditioner on the interior which produced the softest leather I've ever felt! They were kind enough to present me with a Total Wash Care Kit of GTechniq Products for proper Coating After Care. Two weeks after I took it home they brought me back for a "Wash Tutorial" using these products and the CarPro Drying Agent which is simply sprayed onto Microfiber while wiping down all water spots after using the famous Metro-Vac Master Blaster (Those of you who own one know how awesome they are!) Was fortunate enough to watch them apply PPF to one of three McLaren's they had too. This is truly an art doing this stuff, and I am extremely grateful to the guys at American Shine!
Semper Fidelis-

Gunny out........

Looks awesome Gunny! I'm planning to ceramic coat the entire car after I get wheels and aero which is probably going to set me back $8k or so

Cool Elvin Wong Wheels

Forgot to add these in first post too. Some Polishing was required in several areas, and the Heat Lamp being used Post Coating. Those of you here who own one can attest that the "Elvin Wong" Custom Steering Wheel is truly out of this world. Not only does it look stunning, but every part of it feels perfect within the hand (Especially at flat bottom)

**Came home to find these on my front porch yesterday. Think they'll fit?

Looks incredible! Great choice in products. That waterless wash is what I use as a detail spray on race days. Doesn’t streak even the sun on a black car!

Many thanks for the compliments folks. As those of you who've had PPF or Ceramic Coating done - I know you can attest to the fact that the paint seems so much richer. Speaking of richer - I cannot really get into the pricing of the massive job I had done. The Company did something extremely special for me. PM me for details if you wish. Thanks again !!
