I think you made out better than that looks. Power delivery changed even though peak did not by a lot.

Awesome! I think you might’ve sold me on this setup. So the HF cats make it a bit quieter and get rid of the smell correct?

I’ll probably snoop around for EL first but your car sounds amazing

Awesome let me know how I can help, I hope you listened to the sound on a computer speakers or surround sound to get the full effect as its very aggressive when it opens up.

HF cats made it a lot quieter and less rasspier, and the smell is 90% better/gone (Vs. with out cats) once in a while I will smell just a little bit of exhaust gasses when I'm cranking on it and come to a stop light. I also get some nice random pops. I don't understand how people can runs these cars onthe street or daily with out cats it almost killed me lol I had a headache in 5 minutes when I didn't have them.

What's up with the low dyno numbers ? Are you at high altitude by any chance? What gear did you use to dyno? RCF stock dyno in the 390 whp range and with E/H, it is typically around 430 - 440 whp range?

It's a SuperFlow Dyno, not a DynoJet. I've been on a SuperFlow Dyno before and it read a lot lower than the DynoJet I was on previously.

Exactly this!! The dyno operator also had a dynojet program on his laptop to convert it to a higher number to read like dynojet but I didn’t care to ask for it this time. That’s why I want to take it to a track or maybe I can have a local with EL headers race me at the track and see how everything plays out. Rolla you seen my video of me racing that 450+HP charger and winning so dyno was just for comparison.

Thanks. I think you should dyno in 5th. 4th is going to be lower geared than 1:1. You want as close to 1:1 as possible and 5th gear is closer to 1:1.

^^^^^Sixth is 1 to 1. That is the correct gear for a dyno.

Lou.

After the HFcats were put on it was night and day and I'm glad I didn't revert back to stock!! I don't like to be the loud annoying car every-time I hit the gas pedal, I want it to sound aggressive when I get on it.
I'm curious about the process of adding the cats after the headers were already installed. I'm assuming you still had to take off the headers, send it out to get the magna cats welded on and then reinstalled right?

Lou at what speed will you hit being in 6th to redline? I think the dyno operator said I was already hitting above 130 being in 4th.

Nope PPE took the first pipes off from my Invidia exhaust and custom fitted a new midpipe from the header back back and installed the two cats in the upper middle part where the factory cats sat (that’s why I said behind secondary O2s). From there the rest of the Invidia exhaust is bolted right up. Resonators are still on and then into the mufflers. I hope that’s not confusing. I’ll try to snap a picture soon!!

Ohhhhh so you have no primary cats but installed new secondary ones.
That makes sense and probably significantly cheaper/easier to do.
Smart move!

Yea price wasn't too bad the cats are expensive and it did take PPE a full day to make the midpipe as the fabricator was super picky. I liked how he tucked them up into the chasis of the car since I'm lowered I never scrape them.
