Are RC F's hard to find at dealers now?
I was thinking of upgrading to an RC F and visited several Chicago area dealers today trying to maybe cash in on year end, cold weather deals. None of them had any new 2017's on the lot, but LC500's were in stock everywhere. A couple dealers said I would need to special order an RC F if I wanted one now. Just curious what dealer inventory is like at other parts of the country.

According to cars.com, there are currently159 new RC-F's for sale, compared to 691 LC-500's.

It seems like a lot of the dealers had a hard time moving the RC-Fs this year and didn't stock as many as they did before. And also, I don't think the 2018s are at the dealers yet and I doubt they are still getting 2017s so there's barely any out there now. That's what I think so don't take my word for it... I just looked it up and around me, for the 5 dealers closest by, only 1 RC-F

I'm in NH had to drive to Pennsylvania to get mine. When I went to the local dealership the closest they could find was 200+ miles and only 3 all brand new for 75-80k .. white and silver. I wanted grey or black and 75 was out of my price range so I found a 2015 in PA for 56k used only 15k miles... but yes it was hard to find, 8 hour drive to purchase it lol

I see a new 2017 USB RC-F at Lexus of Highland Park. Appears to be the only new one in the Chicago area. I do see six used ones in the greater Chicago area.

A 2017 RC-F USB with Stratus Grey interior recently popped up at Lexus of Orland. I'm sure I could get a good deal but I am not a fan of the light grey interior. Also that is where I got my 2016 RC350 and after a frustrating buying experience then 2 free services (or lack there of) I plan to avoid that dealership in the future.
