Which nuts ?
Trying hard to get ready for spring fest June 4th (big car show in VA Beach) so I ordered Blox titanium lugs to finish off the new setup.
thought I was ordering these No longer made
received these These are nice quality very lite but....
now ordered these Rays
But I was thinking the Ti might still look good or is it too much?

The Ti color is not removable. It's part of the metal. Those new Blox are a bit too much color for me personally. Looks like the fake Ti lugs that the rice civic guys use...
Mackin makes a "plain" Ti lug that's not burnt if you're just looking for lightness. That's what I run when I go to the track. May be you can burn them yourself to get a lil color?
I'd use the Rays lugs. Top notch product. You got red calipers and polished lip on the wheels. Should look great.
If they weren't chrome, I would have them on my car.
I use blk & red iconix on my red Rennen wheels usually.
Attached pics of both lugs on my rear wheels.

I've had all these lugs nuts that has been posted din this thread. pros and cons...
i was one of the first ones to have volk formula lugs back about 7-9 years ago. i can't remember exact time. they are heavy. anodized caps fade to pink. rust still gets inside. the plastic tool that comes for the caps strips because of the rust.
im not a fan of any open ended lugs. i have the project kics neo chrome revo iconix. no rust issues, virtually unscratchable (i lay my lug nuts on a microfiber regardless), still semi light with all of the color bling you need.

hmm, i never thought about that. if you get the right pitch and thread, for sure it can screw in but the next part is getting the top head to fit in circle opening currently. I'm pretty sure it can be done. great idea, that would look amazing.

Check out lugnutsource.com
john obrien is the owner. Solid guy. Very helpful.
Most of my recent lug nut purchases came through him.
Personally I think your Ti lugs look good. Not too fruity as you put it.
If you do want to use the volk lugs, the caps won't fade for a while. John can prolly find you just the replacement caps. Or may be the Iconix caps would fit. I'm not sure about the size & pitch nor the depth. John would know. Email him.
