Default Novel Headers

has anyone thought of just installing the novel headers and doing a resonator delete? I love the sound the novel produces but I don't want to drop $12k for exhaust. or if anyone has considered the Tom's

Contact us for either the Toms exhaust or the Novel headers.. cheaper than you think. We are direct with Novel.

Why spend so much money on headers, but top it off with a resonator delete? Just get an aftermarket cat-back exhaust if you're gonna drop that $$$ on Novel headers.

I have both Novel exhaust and headers, and I love it!!

Sort of surprised nobody is mentioning PPE headers. They now come in UL and EL with a long tube option for the EL header.

icode exhaust has secondary cats so I'm OK with gutting the primaries. How is it done? headers need to come off?

No you do not need to take off the headers to gut the cats. I just used a long screw driver and a 3lb mallet and slowly and carefully started chipping the insides out. Now be mindful for the sensor on the other side of the honey comb your busting out... I did mine in about 3 hours and also installed extenders for the 02 sensors... I could feel a big difference in the car and continue to feel it getting better and better..
The longest part of the job is removing the under panels...
