So sixth place is hardly the result these guys had to be going for, but it's good to see the team making improvements. Did anyone happen to see this car in person at the Long Beach Grand Prix? I love the shiny livery...

I would buy that bodykit. One of the best RCF around. Too bad I didn't watch the race.

I wish they separate Class P, GTLM and GTD cars so more coverage on GT3 cars. NASCAR don't put Monster Energy and Xfinity cars together in the same race.

But that's the beauty of the IMSA weathertech series! A mash-up of amazing prototypes and sports cars!

I was there! It was one of the quietest on the track. It was an amazing experience seeing it in person. Seeing Robert Alon wreck in the last lap seemed almost intentional. It helped Lexus place higher though!

I happened to be standing in a spot where one of the prototypes had a shift point. The exhaust kept popping in the same spot lap after lap. The loudest car had to be the corvettes though. They were ear deafening.

Exhaust noise is energy that didn't make it to the pistons to drive the car. Witness the Audi diesels - unbelievably quiet, but just stupid fast. No energy wasted making noise...

Wasn't it the Lexus that caused the pile up on the last turn of the last lap at the LB.

Yea, there were two Lexus cars on the track. The second car was driven by Sage Karam.

I found this podcast today. Has the cars coming around a turn at the Long Beach Grand Prix. Excellent audio. http://www.racer.com/imsa/item/13961...ong-beach-2017

A lot of controversy from that wreck lol. Other than that, it was another great weekend at the LBGP!
