Gents,
Myself, as well as several people with headers / gutted cats have expressed some concerns with recurring CEL's after said mods.
Please post up your O2 conditioner settings as well as related CEL codes so we can nail down the appropriate settings for the adjustable O2 conditioners.
myself:
P013C- O2 sensor slow response, rich to lean bank 2 sensor 2
P0136- O2 sensor circuit, bank 1 sensor 1
P0136- O2 sensor circuit, bank 1 sensor 2
P0420- Catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 1
P0430- Catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 2
O2 conditioner:
55 55
15 15

I have had reoccurring codes P0420 and P0430. I started at 95/25 then went to 95/50 and the codes went up only one time since. I have been told to try 95/70 if does do it again ???
Supercharged!
The CEL is going to keep popping up. On mine, once you reset the codes, it will now take 1 on and off cycle before it comes up again. I've tried the setting in the filter and gain in increments of 5, it does nothing.

This is one thing keeping me on the sidelines for headers. I loved them on the ISF, but only had issues with the O2 sensors themselves. I hope this becomes a fixable issue shortly.
Thanks for posting this and bringing some discussion to the issue.

I wouldn't worry too much guys. Mike (FIGS) has the best customer service in the business; he will figure it out. Originally Posted by Ne1tHeRe

Agreed, Mike is fantastic. I was on his site this morning, tempting myself with brakes and the coliovers..... I am sure it will get fixed, I just am not interested in dealing with it until then.Originally Posted by 4everkidd

Have we heard anything more on the Sikky headers? I am more inclined to go with PPE, just because of the awesome experience and support I received from them in the past.
Hey guys,
Some of our customers have had a hard time getting the Adjustable O2 conditioner adjusted on the RCFs. It has become apparent that they are a pain to get adjusted to keep the CEL off.
We have had some customers get good results by extending the O2 sensors with the 90 degree MIL eliminators. Anyone that has our adjustable O2 conditioner and wants to try the 90 degree MIL eliminators, please email me and I will send you a set.
The monitor for the cats can be turned off in a tune for those that want a tune.

So is that using the 90 degree MIL eliminators instead of the O2 conditioner or in conjunction with?Originally Posted by PPEHeaders

Also, I wasn't aware that any vendors have cracked the RC F ECU yet for a tune?

RCF tune isn't avaluable. The success has come from those with an isf and the ability to turn the last o2 sensors off ( or bypass them ). At least this is my understandingOriginally Posted by Ne1tHeRe

I have a 2022 RCF, after installed an invidia catback exhaust, it complains about the Bank 1 sensor 2 and Bank 2 sensor 2, which are after the catalytic converter. By extending the o2 sensors with a 90 degree MIL eliminators, the CEL still come on after driven few hundred miles, even cleared and unhooked the battery terminals. It drives me nuts!

Look for a leak in exhaust somewhere, like gaskets.

I had the guy who installed the catback jacked the car up in his shop and he double checked again but didn't find any leak.Originally Posted by jgscott

I have PPE EL Headers I am installing soon. My old ones came with the 90s and Cat foolers, but I ended up selling them since they were UEL. I thought the new set would come with them, but they don't. Can some one PM me and point me in the right direction? Since these are emmissions related, no one seems to carry them any more as far as I can tell.
Thanks,
Steve
