On bumpy roads, and on most highways, there is a slight humming/rattling noise to the bottom left hand side of the steering wheel. Its really only audible when there's no music on, which happens to be how I like to drive. I've tried pushing on some of the panels when i hear it, to see if it dampens the noise, but no leads so far. Anyone else heard this noise?
I have the same issue, but mine is on the left middle aircon vent. It's hell annoying. I know it's there because when I squeeze it tightly, the noise goes away. It sounds like there's a mouse in the air vent when I drive on a road that has any degree of undulation.
I had the ISF for 4 years and that car was rattle and squeak free even after 4 years of beating on it. Needless to say, I'm a little disappointed for a brand new car to have this issue, especially for a Lexus.
And lo and behold, yesterday afternoon while I was waiting at the lights I hear the dreaded humming sound of the fuel pump! I thought it was the seat coolers but they weren't on. Sigh. Time to bring the car back to Lexus.

Looking good! I can't wait to get a good detail done, and remove the endless amount of salt stains!
I have a similar noise that occurs on bumpy roads as well. I have found it to be the shroud underneath the steering wheel. There is a slight amount of play in there somewhere, that if I apply pressure to it, the rattle goes away. Not too major, and the music usually will drown it out, but it's there. See if a little pressure to the bottom of the wheel shroud makes any difference.
