I love it, that thing should be a performance monster. Weight was the sole reason I kept the ISF instead of moving to the RCF (I still consider my ISF a piggie in its current lightened status). The RCF's powertrain with only 31XX lbs to move around would be amazing.

Introducing the next vehicle to take the lead on the F brand’s performance mission, the Lexus RC F Concept. Scheduled to debut in the Time Attack class of the 2015 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, it will be driven by host of Shut Up and Drive and 24 Hours of Le Mans winner Justin Bell.

2015 Official Results Bulletin

June 30, 2015

Dear Competitors,

We apologize for the delay on the 2015 official results. The Board of Directors had an emergency meeting, June 30, 2015 to discuss the unprecedented situation on race day of two checkered flags in different locations on the course.

The Board has made a decision, and we are working with our timing partners to get updated and accurate results posted as soon as possible.

There will be changes made from the awards ceremony and/or post race information that was delivered to everyone on Sunday, June 28. Race officials were required to make quick decisions based on the timeline of the awards ceremony that was given. Upon review, it was determined that the decisions that were made on race day need to be adjusted. We apologize for the inconvenience.

For future races, PPIHC is looking at changing the time of when results and awards are presented to competitors, in hopes of allowing more time for race officials to review and confirm accurate standings and results.

Thank you for understanding and we will continue to work to improve.

Best,

PPIHC Board of Directors, Staff, and Race Officials

Here's a couple of photo from Pikes Peak Airstrip Attack. It was an exhibition run between the Gumball Rally RC-F and the GT concept.

Lexus originally placed 5th in the Time Attack pack...

Then got bumped up & awarded 3rd place at end of event due to upper half of mountain shut down during the race event.. With snow, sleet, rain & lightening the finish line was changed to one of the other lower elevation timed sections (4 sections in all I think)

Not sure if it ever got moved again after this memo came out last week..

THIS IS AWESOME! I'm originally from Colorado so the Pikes Peak Hill Climb has always been one of my favorite events. I've attended the event quite a few times and it's incredible. The vibe and energy there is on another level and the cars are amazing. I love that Lexus entered themselves into this event. In the coming years I'm sure they'll create crazier aero and designs to accommodate the hill.
