RC-F vs. C63
Hey all,
I'm planning on either getting the new '15 C63 or a '15 RC-F. I know ones a sedan and ones a coupe but I was hoping some of you could point out the pros/cons of RC as I haven't really been following it. Any help is appreciated!
Thanks,
D. Dude

Not much official info available on the RC yet. Car has not been tested by any of the mags yet that I know of. HP anywhere from 460 to 480 has been mentioned. Price for a base has been rumored anywhere from high 60's to mid 70's for a base model and another 10 grand or so for the carbon option model. One thing we do know is there is lots of optimism here about the RC being quite a car. November is the best guess for deliveries.

Btw thanks for the reply!
This would be my thought:
C63: More powerful by about 20 - 30 hp (twin turbo V8), quicker in a straight line, heavier by a 200 - 300 lbs, Mercedes brand name
RC-F: Better handling, better driving dynamics, more durable and better quality, exclusivity and more exciting to drive on twisty roads.

Shoot I enjoy owning my ISF better than I would a C63 as I think the ISF is iconic being Lexus first production performance car and with the mods I have I am not scared of a C63...BRING IT!

might as well just start calling it C55 AMG as its slated to be. It will use a bi-turbo 4.0L V8. Doubtful they will carry the 63 AMG moniker anymore since it won't be a 6.2L V8
C300 4MATIC with a 2.0L turbocharged direct-injection in-line fourcylinder engine with preliminary power figures of 235 hp and 273 lb-ft of torque and a C400 4MATIC with a 3.0L turbocharged direct-injection V6 at 329 hp and 354 lb-ft of torque.

British media is reporting Mercedes-Benz will add a C-Class derivative in 2015 that will be positioned above the C400 and below the hot C63 AMG. The vehicle will be motivated by an updated V6 3.0-liter twin-turbo engine delivering 367 bhp
