I mean, if this is true,why buy RC F

 

They don't know what they are talking about. No such thing as RC F-Sport, there is only RC and RC-F.

 

The article specifies that it will be shown on geneva show which is in march..I hope for Lexus's sake it's wrong or a type error..

 

They will be showing an RC 350 F-Sport at Geneva, but it won't have a V8 as the article suggests. They are just confused.

There will be three versions of the RC:

RC350 base, with 3.5 L V6
RC350 F-Sport with 3.5 L V6
RC-F with 5.0 L V8

 

I hope that's the case..Usually Edmund's article is dead on most of the time.Forgot to mention that RC Coupe is also available in Hybrid form.As I'm sure you and everyone on this forum already knows.

 

Why is this even being discussed? its a typo and a big one for such a reputable sight.

Only the RC F will have a 5.0L V8

Everthing else will be 3.5L V6 in base and F-Sport guise, and future hybrid and turbo models

 

Has anyone seen the resemblance to the late great Infinti G35 Coupe????

The RC F GT3 concept signals Lexus’ intent to enter GT3 sports car racing arenas.

The big question is, would they bring out a hardcore stripped down GT3 version of the RC-F for public sale?

 

Correction guys actually their will be more on the list in terms of RC coupe's

RC200t this is new 2.0 Litre turbo engine from Lexus which will first power the Production NX and also the RC 500GT
RC300h the 2.5L Active Atkinson cycle hybrid shown shown at the Tokyo auto-show: F-sport
RC350 the 3.5L V6 the usual suspect : F-sport
and Final the RCF the 5.0L V8 monster coupe.

Hope it puts things more into perspective now
