I initially started updating my 2019 about 4 years ago, and it now sits as a Track Edition. I don’t like the interior seats because they were super bright and have stuck with my circuit red seats. I really liked the 2023 interior with the updated screen and dash with round air vents near each door, like what’s in the IS 500, it makes the RCF more modern. With that, I began updating my interior, tho not complete I’ve transitioned many parts in the interior.
Thus far, I’ve updated the following with Final Edition Parts:
Complete Dash (Red Stitch)
Instrument Cluster Cover/Hood (Alcantara Red Stitch)
Passenger Airbag Dash
Center Console Bezel (Split Cup Holders)
Center Console Lid (Alcantara Red Stitch)
Glove Box
Shift **** (Alcantara Red Stitch)
Steering Wheel (Alcantara Red Stitch)
Switch Panel
Seatbelts (Circuit Red)
I’ve posted pictures and had discussions on Facebook threads where people have requested part numbers. I have posted a picture of part numbers and prices for those interested in buying Final Edition Parts. In the last few years I have bought in crazy amount of OEM parts for my Lexus vehicles and have become friends with the parts manager at my dealership and have a clear understanding of how the parts ordering works. I only mention this because some of these parts may come up not available or not found when doing searches. This is because they have not been put in the parts system because they are so new. Because of this your parts department has to request that they be entered at least for your dealer so that they can be ordered. I have been thru this with most of these parts as well as parts for my IS 500 like the transmission cooler. Once entered in the system, your dealer can order them.
i can’t promise how long they with sell these parts if too many people start ordering them they could eventually put a “Stop Sale” on them. They place a Stop Sale on certain parts like the LFA and you have to prove you own one, however the rear caliper fitting kit on the LFA is also used on the RCF Track Edition, so your parts department has to (Old way email corporate parts to release the part) (New way go to online corporate parts website and request the release of parts for order), I’ve been thru this several times, and it’s a pain.
With that said, I’m not saying these parts with end up in this situation but they only make so many and if a ton of people start ordering these specialty parts, they could curb it by a Stop Sale or making them unavailable. I have been thru that too, not impossible to order at that point but makes it a whole lot harder to circumvent.
I will be ordering a few more parts to finish my build which will include the seats. I have posted here pictures of what I’ve done to this part.

This is so cool. I am thinking about changing my dash lid and shifter section as well. It's so odd for lexus to include blue/white stiching in a red interior car with black stiching...
Very happy to find the pioneer thread for RC F oem updates. I have a 23 TE and was looking at upgrading to the final edition power folding mirrors. I saw you listed the mirror part numbers but no 25 FE BCM or window master switch part numbers. Is Lexus slowly trickling these parts out? Thanks for posting all this great info, really appreciate it.

The final edition in the United States still does not get power folding mirrors.
You have two options. Get left hand drive or right hand drive actuators swap them in to your current housings.
Or buy complete mirrors. I did the latter years ago. Blow or the part numbers for the mirrors and for the mirror control switch.
The easiest thing to do is pull off your door panel and check to see if you have the wiring in the door.
The BCMs depending on what options you have or don't have should be fine. But again you're going to want to double check I can attach pictures of mine if you happen to have the same part numbers on yours then you should be okay.
Power folding mirror part numbers. Note my color is ultra white.
Mirror control part number.
Door modules:
Buying the complete door mirrors was not cheap. I had them imported from a friend in Norway.
Knowing what I know and doing a retrofit on my CT200h the route I would go moving forward if I would ever do this again would be to buy left hand drive actuators and swap them in.
Note that the auto button will not work since our cars were never programmed in the USA to have power folding mirrors so when you lock and unlock the car they will not fold and unfold...
You have to push the button for them to fold in and out.
No dealer or anyone else has been able to enable this option even via tech stream when I look at it. I'm fairly certain that it's a body control module that would need to either be reprogrammed or come from another country that automatically has this feature.
Isn't it mind-blowing that the final edition RCF which is $90,000 still didn't have power folding mirrors... Mind-blowing to me lol
What a bummer. Based on previous folding mirror mods I have done in the past, the door module (89430-24070) would need to be changed out to the correct part to enable auto fold. I would assume the same module is used throughout the USDM lineup for auto fold and reverse mirror tilt. I added folding mirrors to my GR corolla and 2 Subarus and they all required the addition of an auto fold module on the driver side that looks very similar to the part you have pictured above. If that is the case and you now have auto-folding, I would be very inclined to do the mod. It would really suck if the TE was missing the modules as it did not come with reverse mirror tilt either. The luxury features they removed from the TE don't make any sense at all.
Yeah your best bet is to remove the door panels and see what door modules you have.
The door modules that I have on my car were identical to the ones that my friend had in Norway and his is a pre-facelift RCF. So they definitely use the same part on prefaced and facelift once at once point or currently still do.
It wouldn't surprise me in the least if they used all the same door modules. But again you'd have to take your door panels off and show us what you have and then we can see if in fact they are different.
I've yet to find an autofold module for the RC platform unfortunately. I bought one from AliExpress for my CT and it works wonderfully When I lock and unlock the car the mirrors fold in and out.
I also found one for the IS but the connector is different so if someone could figure out how to rewire it to our connector it would probably work.
I'm actually really surprised there isn't a module for the RC platform on AliExpress or Alibaba. I keep searching lol.
Still one of my favorite mines to date on the car honestly. So goofy that Lexus decided not to add this to a expensive car in their lineup for the USA.
Looking at wire diagrams, the door modules are controlled by CAN, so it makes sense the module itself is the same across regions. The mirror auto closing seems to be a function of the BCM. Basically the US module just doesn't recognize the button being pushed on the window switch.

There's several Lexus parts websites. I find Bell Lexus Parts the easiest to look up part numbers, they happen to usually have the best prices so I end up ordering almost all my OEM parts from them. They don't have 2025 parts listed yet though. The speedo should be under the electronics section once posted though. Did I miss something - is the 2025 speedo different from 2024 somehow?

the 2025 have (final edition) animation plus I wanted the Km speedometer, mine is US in Mph so after I get the part number have to place the order from Dubai dealership to get it in Km, we are used to Km not Mph and I already deleted the yellow side markers in bumper so part of my conversion to gcc idea.
Awesome, love following you on Facebook and on the other pages. Keep up the work. Im also trying to do a couple of little OEM + mods to the older vehicles Ive got.
