The new Borla will bolt to the factory midpipe. It will not bolt to the Invidia midpipe.

Invidia does NOT bolt to the factory midpipe. The RC350 Invidia should bolt to the RCF midpipe.

Think of the Invidia as being proprietary.

It is the diameter. Invidia diameter for RCF is much larger than the typical aftermarket exhausts. 2.75 inches as opposed to the legacy Borla S-Type for the RCF that used to be 2.5 inches. I believe, OEM midpipe is 2.25inches, which is probably why it RC350 Invidia axle back bolts right up to the OEM mid-pipe.

OEM midpipe is 2.5, as are most of the aftermarket options. Invidia is larger at 2.75.

OEM is even smaller than that at the joints. Factory green round gaskets are 2”.
