Default Lexus RC Reliability

Enjoying reading all the threads and posts! I've seen some threads, but a little older and I’m looking at reliability of the range. Wondering what are some problems or issues that happen to the below engines. Also, other than the engine, what are some items to commonly go wrong or to pay attention to etc?

* 2.0 L 8AR-FTS I4-T (200t)

* 2.5 L 2AR-FSE I4 (300h)

* 3.5 L 2GR-FKS V6 (350)

* 5.0 L 2UR-GSE V8 (F)

If you have some personal experience, that’d be great! I want to learn as much as possible!!

in september of 2017, I bought a 2015 Rc350 Fsport with 13K miles on it. Over the next 4 years, I put another 114K miles on it and sold it 1 month ago. I did all the maintenance myself. Here is the list of everything that broke or wore out on my car in that time.

Replaced
Tires
Brake pads
air filters
spark plugs
Oil and oil filter.

Not a single thing broke on the car. Not a single malfunction. In fact, the car battery was the original battery from 2015 and still good when I sold it. That was the most amazing part. I live in central Texas and car batteries never last that long.

Bought my 2015 F sport in 2017 with 23k on it, I'm at 66k on it now. Fuel pump replaced under recall, some infotainment TSB was corrected. My only failure was a water pump at 50k covered under my CPO warranty and the dealer told me they had few happen but it wasn't typical. My wife has had an 06 IS350 and a 2010 RX350 neither had any issues outside of wear and tear items. If you want a super reliable car you're looking in the right spot.
