Default Front Brake Rotor size

I was given smaller rotors than what was on my car. I tried purchasing from both Amazon and Oreillys and both have me 13” rotors when the ones on my car are 14”. Has anyone had this issue or has anyone gone with 13” Rotors?

IMHO, if your original rotors were 14" (356mm), then you need to stick with the same size. The 13" ones will work for a while, but then when your pads wear out, you'll end up with this:

...and when your rotors and pads wear down past their minimum thicknesses (<27mm and <1mm), I can see a higher risk of something catastrophic. You do the math.

You would need to swap your calipers and so on if you wanted to change to the smaller brakes. Go for the correct rotors.

I believe you will need to get the 2 piece hat rotors. They are for the F sport models.

What pads were you using with them? And what brand are they? I want to put some drilled slotted rotors on with new pads. Tell me what you were running.
