Default $45 eBay Spoiler

So, obviously I wasn't expecting much at all. I honestly was expecting fitment issues and crappy plastic with dings and nicks all in it. got it here and was PLEASANTLY surprised. had it color matched Ultra White and installed using only 3M super strength double face tape. this spoiler will not move, I have no doubt it will hold even under the harshest conditions. paint job was free so all in all I am out $65 for this piece and my wife couldn't be happier. it really changed the look of the car. now, when we flip out of this one in December into a new one, I will definitely buy another spoiler and install the same way. sorry for the car being so nasty. we haven't had a week without rain here in a loooong time!

Thanks for sharing. I am pissed I went with OEM. I was debating if I should go OEM or the same ebay painted spoiler. Looks perfect...and you were able to avoid drilling in to the trunk!

Looks great! Have the OEM on my white RC. I blacked it out with plasti dip when I dipped all the chrome on my car.

thanks guys. my wife wanted the spoiler, not me. I personally don't like the look but a happy wife...

I saw ZERO need to pay $300 or more for an OEM piece when we will be flipping out of this car very soon. and I spend a lot more on other things, so $65 is a drop in the bucket to make her happy with her car.

I had it painted. the guy that painted it is a friend that owns a body shop. I do some clear bra for him from time to time and he does some paint work for me from time to time. it all works out.

Default Ebay supplier

Hi. Bought a used Lexus RC300H Sport from Japan. Wanna add the rear lip spoiler. Can you share the supplier details with me. Thanks

Good looking spoiler, looks solid but time will tell. Mine current spoiler on the RC is OEM and wrapped but I've used ebay spoilers on different cars and had good results in the past.

Subtle change, but makes a big difference. Nice pick up!

it's around $197 but painted to match. INCREDIBLE quality. Doesn't come with springs but the double sided tape has already been applied. Not sure if its quality tape or not.. I ripped it off and replaced it with my own 3M super strength tape but i screwed up and removed the tape prior to installing to the decklid and installed it incorrectly. So now I probably have to not only remove the spoiler but discard and reorder a new one because I'm sure its not going to fit the same anymore (probably bowed or warped). My own fault so oh well.

I will also say, you dont NEED springs BUT the trunk doesnt open all the way like it used to when it didnt have the spoiler. I wish i had the springs because you do have to lift the trunk more now. It opens but NOT ALL THE WAY up.

A heat gun, fishing string, and patience may help removal without damaging the spoiler.

haha yeah even like this, this thing is stuck pretty good. I’ve drive. 100+ mph and gone through car washes and it still on there hahah

Just wanted to show how NOT to install a spoiler 🤣🤦🏽‍♂️

Not aligned properly/evenly

Not aligned properly/evenly

Not mounted flush on the passenger side. Tons of space between the decklid and the spoiler 🤦🏽‍♂️

And it’s lifting on the passenger side.
