I just had my oil changed by an independent mechanic.
Is there some way to add this info into the maintenance history on the Lexus website?

Service data on LexusDrivers.com or the LexusDrivers app is only updated when service is performed at an authorized Lexus dealership. As of now there is unfortunately no way to update it otherwise. Sorry.

On LexusDrivers, after logging in, using the top menu, go to Service >> Service History. There's big black button there labeled Add Service.
That's where you add something!

Thank you very much for the correction! It's been a while since I had used LexusDrivers.com and this addition to the service section of the website is very helpful.
I will have to check to see if user added services get added to the Toyota/Lexus National Service History database..

Just confirmed yesterday that anything you add maintenance wise on the LexusDrivers website will not reflect on the Lexus national service history database. Only service performed at an authorized Lexus dealership will show up there.
