RCF, loaded except perf package BUT

It has 194 miles as it sits on the showroom floor. They agreed to sell it for 65k but I’m concered about the mileage. Should I be?

My 350 had 150 miles and was sitting on the showroom floor too when I got it. It has been to a few test drives, nothing to be concern about. It still drives and feels like new, no scratches.
