i bought the CF trim after a member on here recommended CarID overlay kit......

there were 2 options to choose from and it was a basic kit or the full kit......i decided the full kit and it was around $200-300 cuz i wanted all the parts and then decide whichs ones to keep on....

i took off a few pieces like on the side door the buttons for the 1-2-3 chair saving settings i took off and im thinking of taking off the middle console section with the air controls.......that seemed a bit too much but since ive paid for it i decided to keep it for now and take it off later if it bothers me, but for now it actually started growing on me.....so im not sure if im going to keep it on or take it off

oh yea also where the P-R-D- that shows what gear you're in.....that was an overlay too and i thought that was ridiculous so thats the first thing i took off

there wasn't much residue when i removed it since it wasn't on for that long (maybe an hour or two) and it wasn't difficult just peeled it off slowly

i haven't tried removing any pieces yet, but i think an adhesive remover like goo be gone needs to be used

I see you went with the oiled Takeda Cold Air. Any issues with maintenance?

no problems..........but I used to have a G35 with an Injen CAI and I cleaned the filter like once every 2 years which is probably should be more but so far I haven't had any problems with the Takeda......heard the oiled one was better at filtering??? have not cleaned it yet and has been on for like 30,000 miles......i'm bad with intake maintenance i should probably try to clean it now
