Bluetooth connection problems
Unfortunately I don't, so I believe you are 100% correct, that the problem lies with the "receiving unit" in the car. I have plans to speak with Lexus Care to see if they can tell me where exactly the "receiver" is located in the car, followed by a call (after a nice JD and Coke) to the Stealership to get an idea on how much it might cost me to have the receiver replaced. I'm thinking that I might just have to get ahold of my CD collection and choose to enjoy the music this way instead of SirusXM.
Update.. Helpful folks at Lexus solved my Bluetooth problem very quickly. Needed to Delete the User Data, and then everything worked just fine. As far as my cars inablity to receive the Sirus XM signal that is still a no-go. The Lexus Rep said that her records showed that there was no account set up, so I called Sirus XM again, and after yet another refresh, I'm still unable to even hear channel 01, so they suggested that at this point my best chance would to bring the car to a dealership for their own diagnosis of the entire audio system. Not gonna do that just yet, I just want to enjoy my car some before having to sink more money into her.
