I did something similar except I just got some bulbs on ebay after checking fitment on Sylvania. All my bulbs were LEDs and much cheaper than any of those links. They were bright white with no blue hue and have lasted over a year now with no issues. I know there are definitely quality concerns when buying bulbs but some of those links were way too pricey for this kind of mod IMO.

Who confirmed this fits? I read on the questions page on amazon for this link that the seller does note it fits but......he mentions a 2014 model and theres no such thing lol! But I love amazon and know I can return anything easily so i just ordered a set too!

I saw this, but decided not to order them since it doesn't have additional LED that light up the area. This one only has a logo projected.

 

Good observation. For me personally the courtesy lights will be more cosmetic than helpful.

This one shows to have a little extra light but the reviews aren't that hot for it.

The other set I ordered should be getting in around noon today. I will install tonight and post pics.

Not really an issue. I put these in yesterday and they look great and has enough light still visible as you can see from the pic below...that is if you really consider these courtesy lights functional in any way and need it lol.

Points to note. This was very easy to install and I can confirm fitment is spot on. Nothing loose or jammed. Also I am dropped(lowered) and these still look very clear which you can also notice from the picture below. I think the higher up it is, the bigger the image gets is all. I am glad I got the version without the circles around it...it looks cleaner IMO. These make me happy when I get out of my car at night.

Overall it was definitely a worthwhile mod that a lot of newer cars are coming with factory. (either on mirrors or doors or under side skirts)
