I had to get a new phone last week. Same number and all but I am no longer getting text alerts for unlocked doors and things. I deleted the app and reinstalled and think I have the setting right on my phone but no go. I do get the e-mails though. Any ideas?

 

Did you simply go back to settings on the app., and see how the alerts were selected?

Results may be device dependent. Here is my experience:
Galaxy Note 5: Push notifications are displayed on the screen, email notification are received.
Galaxy Note 4: Push notifications are not displayed on the screen, email notifications are received.

 

I get the E-mail notifications just not the text. Probably is the phone. Its the new Galaxy 6 Edge

 

Same with me...if you guys are refferring to enform. I also just get emails...actually didn't know you could set it up to text.
