2.5 stuff will work cause they can make it work. Its a very minor size diff.

Just got my exhaust done over the weekend. My car is a lease so I did a complete custom bolt on muffler delete with 4" quad tips. Car sounds amazing. On deceleration or lifting off the gas the car crackles and pops a lot which always puts a smile on my face. The only con is that it is just a little bit too loud. I can barely hear the v6 which I do miss. Drones a little. Placing your hand in the rear seats you can feel a very minor vibration. I had couple friends sit back there and they not seem to notice or bothered.

I got it done at Mike's Muffler in El Monte. Cost me $50 for the parts(2 pipes & flanges) & $100 for the labor. The tips I bought on ebay for around $115. I am sure most muffler shops could do it as it is pretty simple. Just shape the pipe and weld the tips and flanges on. Some people on here buy a used 3IS axelback and just do a muffler delete and add tips. Not sure on the price difference though.

Anyone know if this would fit the IS350's stock diffuser?

If not, any quad tip bolt on that would?
